Discovery IP standards. The work sits in a fast-track delivery environment, with steel-frame ride pavilions, complex
structural rockwork armatures, and IP-licensor approval gates layered over a compressed schedule.
• Hold delivery and commercial responsibility for the KSA portfolio. Seven disciplines report into the role: design, site
operations, factory production (scenic, mural art, artificial rock fabrication, waterscapes, model making), commercial,
procurement, and PMO.
• Senior client interface for SEVEN, Qiddiya, and other PIF group developers. Defend milestone, scope, and IP compliance
positions at senior leadership level.
• Direct contract administration, change management, and claim activity across the portfolio. Built the KSA governance
and reporting framework that gives internal leadership, clients, and IP licensors live programme visibility.

• Spearheaded the development of a world-class stadium, establishing NEOM Sport Club as a premier destination for major sporting events and significantly enhancing its global reputation.
