Lead the Strategic Management process through the development and monitoring of the group’s growth strategy
* Member of MC&BC
* Conduct thorough environmental, operational performance, competitors and market analysis to deliver compelling insights to identify competitive and strategic positioning

- Making a research papers on the economic issues in Egypt.
- Responsible for all IT software related projects in the Economic Issues Department (EID).
- Build economic models and contribute in analysis phase.
- Develop relevant programs for simulation and forecasting models.
- Build system dynamics models for macroeconomic problems in Egypt.
- Analyzing complex systems and creative innovative solutions.
Deployment/Upgrade
• Prepare documentation related to deployments/upgrades (deployment plans, deployment status reports, etc) and communicate to clients.
• Conduct training in HS products, MAP and modeling to clients, including training logistics (e.g. collecting feedback, exam results, certificates, etc).
• Perform deployments and upgrades of HS products in client sites.
Analysis
• Analyzing system requirements of clients.
• Modeling client business processes using MAP software.
• Reorganize the processes and optimize the flow.
• Responsible for creating KPI’s for resources and processes.

• Perform internal beta testing of HS products and interpret results.
• Calculate Implementation and Customer Care (ICC) department KPIs on a regular basis.
• Provide details of the progress of their work on a regular basis to the Head of ICC.
