This is an EP+C+C project. The project consists of drilling operation for 18 onshore wells, three onshore pipeline (4 km 4”, 2 km 6”), 18 GRE flowlines (total is 45 km 6”), 18 GRE flowlines (total is 45 km 3”) and the onshore plant. The plant mainly contains 3 gas injection compressors, 1 gas recovery compressor, 2 tanks, LP & AP flare and the 1000 m2 control room.

Job Responsibilities (Client Representative):
• Focal point for risk assessment, update and follow-up the project risk register.
• Focal point for the management of change and update the MOC register.
• Review contractors’ daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and do project analysis to check and comments.
• Attend the weekly progress meeting to discuss and monitor the project status.
• Participate in all project assurance reviews and audits following shell standards.
• Follow up the project productivity and compare it with the standard productivity.
• Prepare master schedule for tendering phase. Identifying the contract milestones date.
• Participate in all bidding and tendering stages.
• Prepare all the company’s planning procedures.
• In charge of creating the project integrated schedule and ensure that its fully detailed, resource loaded and properly logic linked are produced:
1. Engineering: showing all design phases.
2. Procurement: from Material Requisition till delivery on site.
3. Construction: showing all construction phases (Fabrication, erection, installation, ...etc).
4. Commissioning: showing the key activities, start-up, 72 hours run and on-stream.
• Discusses the outcome of the above planning in terms of schedules and procedures with the Project Manager and/or Lead Discipline Engineers in order to achieve a final project schedule.
• Regularly reviews the manpower plan to check compliance with Contract Terms & Conditions.
• Reviews and comment on Contractors' and Vendors' schedules.
• Undertakes project follow-up of progress monitoring, working to update the project schedule with actual input and activity progress; Issues the updated schedule status along with the trend analysis schedule showing forecast dates for group information purposes.
• Provides assistance to the Project Manager on project delays, reasons and corrective action suggestions.
• Prepares and issues Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports. These include:
1. Updated Project schedule.
2. Progress S - curves covering all project phases.
3. Manpower Histograms.
4. Milestones Status Report.
5. Exceptional reports such as “Activity behind Schedule" or the "Activity Due Plan" for the following week or month.
