➢Planning, organizing and supervising of maintenance operations: o Preventive maintenance (time based). o Predictive maintenance (condition based). o Proactive maintenance.
➢Responsible for maintenance and repair of Electrical systems: o BMS. o UPS. o Fire alarm. o Security system. o CCTV system. o Generators & ATS. o All control circuits. o Elevators .
➢Design, Performing & Maintenance of Control Circuits if required.
➢Programming & Performing PLC Based Applications.
➢HMI Programming (Touch Screens &Buttons).
➢Providing needed repairs and maintenance involving electrical, HVAC, Civil, gardening works, plumbing, or carpentry skills.
➢Providing the spare parts for the project.
➢Managing, monitoring and implementation of safety programs such as lockout/tag out, confined space entry, fire protection, and other OSHA safety compliance programs.

Design, Performing & Maintenance of Control Circuits.
Preventive Maintenance:
➢Planning of maintenance operations: o Preventive maintenance (time based). o Predictive maintenance (condition based): Using Thermal imaging camera (testo). o Proactive maintenance :
▪RCFA ( Root Cause Failure Analysis)
▪FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
➢Generators & ATS maintenance.
➢Fire Alarm Maintenance.
➢Earth Measuring (Megger & Earth Tester).
➢Transformers Preventive Maintenance.
Aware of inverters (OMRON&LG).
Operator on SAP ERP SYSTEM in Plant Maintenance Section (PM).
