Dealing and helping customers on daily basis, solving and answering their inquiries, cross selling the company’s products, troubleshooting the customer’s technical problems, solving all accounting disputes and submitting all their pending and active requests on the system.
I was responsible for the cash department and the grand safe by balancing the daily transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, currency exchange, clearing checks and issuing cashier orders as well as demand drafts.
Part of my remit was to meet the need of the customers and also reach the monthly target by cross selling the bank’s products, balancing the grand safe and the ATM machine on daily basis.
