To act as an ambassador for Centrepoint, effectively managing the day-to-day operation within the store utilizing business practices and relationships with the other concepts.
• Responsible for the overall success, driving sales, reinforcing operational consistency, and staff development, as well as overall service and brand integrity for the store.
• Be a role model for strong product knowledge of the Centrepoint product line, as well as selling and customer service standards.
• To manage the day to day operational of your store. i.e. Centrepoint staff requirements and cashiers deployment, security guard deployment, finance and cash management and well maintained property.
• Full implementation of the Centrepoint store operating procedures .
• Manage, supervise and coach the Centrepoint team to ensure the highest level of competency and capability within your resource framework.
• To ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently given, aligned with the Centrepoint customer journey experience. To ensure every customer leaves your store delighted.
• Maintain daily store floor walks with your concept counterparts constantly challenging inconsistencies in retail standards and customer offering.
• Full administrative responsibility for your store ensuring that all store and business compliance processes are in place.
• Ensuring consistency in the cleanliness housing keeping and visual merchandising standards of your store in line with Centrepoint visual and brand guidelines.
• Management & maintenance of key internal & external relationships to drive the success of the store.
• Drive membership of Shukran & manage data entry requirements.
• Coordination and sharing of best practice for loss prevention across the concepts within your store.
*Ensure that all financial operations organized and recorded accounts have been prepared properly and correctly with hypotheses accounting principles.
* Verity of the settings of the final accounts and business inventory.
* Ensure commitment to follow the assumptions and accounting principles in the treatment of all business accounting.
* Set up a feed, a result of work required the auditor's report.
* Maintain the confidentiality of company information confidential and not to reveal them either to close or distant and not touch on the accountability of penal and legal persists to termination or suspension from work.
*Preparing reports and financial statements and final accounts of the company.
