I was looking after the entire Finance & Accounting activities, starting to organize and improve the performance and efficiency of the functions related to Finance Department such as Cost Control, Finance Control, Reporting Process, Accounting Standards, Budgeting, Business Planning, Strategic Planning, Cash Flow Management etc….
- Determining financial objectives. Designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control.
- Supervising the process of Preparing the Annual Budget and forecasting trends.
- Monitoring budgets and comparing them with actual cost and revenues and approach the management for any expected deviances and to resolve if any issues.
- Developing reports for top management summarizing the business financial position in areas of income, expenses, capital usage and cash flows, and coordinate the preparation of strategic plans, budgets and financial forecast.

- Coordinate the preparation of Financial Reports for Management usage.
- Good relationship management & negotiation skills in liaising with Banks and other financial institutions to facilitate and arrange new facilities for keeping company cash flows in order.
