• I lead value engineering workshops and successes in reducing the project’s cost by 12%.
• I managed the partnership agreement between Alesayi and Accor hotels S.A to be the exclusive developer of Ibis hotels and Adagio serviced apartments in Saudi Arabia.
• I developed 25 hotels, which include signing the hotel management agreements with operators, acquiring the lands, raise the funds, complete the design, starting the construction on 10 projects, and opening 6 hotels so far, the remaining in the pipeline. The budgeted cost exceeds 3 billion USD.
