Projects:
• McKinsey & Company (Qatar Ministry of Public Health project): As part of the McKinsey & Company partner team acted as a technical consulting SME Providing the customer with advisory and value assurance in designing and building Azure cloud landing zones, infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions to support their implementation of Qatar Health Information Exchange and National solutions with a user base of millions of Qatar nationals, residents, and visitors.
As part of this project, I developed multiple strategies (e.g., cloud adoption strategy, cloud cybersecurity strategy, DevOps strategy, and infrastructure automation through IaC and PaC), also developed a cybersecurity framework and conducted cybersecurity assessments and developed cybersecurity improvement roadmaps which helped QHIE achieve ~100% improvement in cybersecurity YoY.
• RSA: Led multi-cloud platform team to assess customers’ landing zones and develop infrastructure and security remediation plans. Also conducting R-Lane analysis to plan for applications migration to the cloud
• ADCG: Conducting Disaster Recovery assessment and designing DR Solution, Strategy, and Plan.
