Working on Internal and External Recruitment process as per the policy and procedure.
Posting job internally and externally through Cazar - Sniperhire technology.
Handling end to end Recruitment on Cazar, which is the key applicant tracking system.
Coordinating with Hire Right to conduct global background screening and verification for regular staff.
Preparing the on boarding of the staff and conducting induction and orientation programs.
Conducting local reference check as a part of the Recruitment process.
Working with SHL Middle East to implement Psychometric Assessment as a part of the Recruitment and selection process.
Handling Internship, Training and Familiarization visits for university students or fresh graduates.
Arranging panel interviews and collaborating feedback and interview results.
Worked on the enhancement of the Recruitment and Talent acquisition policy.
Worked in the sourcing and selection of global background screening/verification provider (Hire right)
Special projects/assignments:
Part of the project team working on staff redeployment and implementation of the new organizational structure. As a part of the project team we worked to finalize the following key deliverables:

Staff assessment and mapping framework
Apart from being a part of the Project team i am also a member of the application review committee.
We are also working to update the corporate governance mechanism by reviewing the delegation of authority matrix for all departments/functions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for meeting Talent Acquisition needs during pre-opening phase.

Actively working on the recruitment of teams in coordination with Department Heads Development Recruitment and Sourcing Strategy.
Conducted Job Analysis to develop Job descriptions for all positions in organization.
Developed a thorough Manning guide to give an overview of Manning requirements.
Working with various traditional and digital recruitment methods.
Involved in the development and updating of HR critical path in the section of Recruitment, Payroll and HR Administration.
Working on Human Resource Standard Operating Procedures.(Recruitment and Selection, Leaves and Vacation, Travel Expense Management, Transportation and Payroll)
Worked on installation of automated HRIS System.

It was a Short project part time project that i worked on a for an organization well known in the sector of Automotive Rental and Leasing.
