• Experience in High Rise Commercial / Residential RCC buildings, Hospitals, group of luxurious villas and large warehouses in Dubai UAE, Muscat, Oman and Libya (Africa). • Experience in project site supervision includes a no. of buildings up to 40 storey’s tall with Pile/Raft foundation, shoring/retaining walls, buildings with Post-tension slabs and pre-cast/hollow core slabs, Beams and columns, villa complexes, large warehouses and many other structures. • Skilled at interfacing with the consultants and sub contractors, all necessary correspondences at site with Clients, consultants and sub contractors, preparing required reports on daily basis regarding progress, planning, Quantity Surveying and related fields, floating enquiry in market for purchase of required materials, etc. • Experience in Oil and Gas work, onshore all types of Building works-including Substation, plant and equipment room, transformer rooms, different types of Loading Platforms, Rack foundation for pipe lines etc. • Ability of providing constructional details and solutions to difficult situations related to specific projects. • Ability to work under pressure and to handle & motivate the team to meet the requirements of individual projects with an emphasis on quality, communication and timely delivery. • Well experienced and ability to write precise and contractual letters and site instructions. • Well experienced in conducting site progress meetings and preparing minutes of meeting.
