RESPONSIBILITY
Maintenance of high standards and consistent quality in daily food preparation, and keeping up to date with new products, recipe, cooking techniques.

Ensures proper coordination between the kitchen and food & beverage team to deliver a smooth running operation and ensure highest level of product and service are maintained.
Maintenance of HACCP standards and records.
Ensures hygienic standards, personal appearance and hygiene are properly met & the required cleaning & maintenance of the equipment are followed
Ensures proper handling of all food items and coordinates health & hygiene procedures are followed.
FMC requisitions of all the items required ensuring proper par stock is maintained.
Organizing Inter Departmental training for new hires.
