• Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous reception of materials as it concerns opening stock of drinks etc at bar fridges
• Full awareness of current daily status hotel and bar work place•Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons •Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
