Reporting to the Head of sales, responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity.
Responsibilities:
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to increase sales productivity.
• Produce the accurate and timely presentation of Business Performance Reports, top & bottom line analysis on various sales operation & planning and participate in weekly/ monthly meetings with senior management and CEO to review MTD/YTD sales results and issues, 3-month projections, Various Score Cards, product mix, issues, initiatives, and opportunities
• Assist management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling sales forecast including sales to budget variance analysis, prioritize business and information needs
• Analyze line of business operations to determine profitability and to establish a baseline for action and operational changes.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with Al Ain Sales & Category Management team on the implementation of the TM activities (Ramadan, B2S, Product Launches) and keep take stakeholders aligned on activity calendar to ensure smooth implementation.
• Draft post-activity summary reports evaluating the activity and concluding 'best practices’ as well as learnings and improvement.
• Collect MMR, Pricing info (RSP, Competitor Prices, Selling Price), monitor and report competitor activities, flyer presence as well as Space data.
• Conduct quantitative analysis including but not limited to ROI, trending, identification and assessment of opportunity and risk, forecasting, regressions, correlation, cannibalization and probability modeling
• Communicate results to key stakeholders to support informed business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations
• Ensure current and future data and software requirements are met to provide accurate decision support to the business
