Position: Project Manager - Facility Management
Project: Operation & Maintenance of Electro-mechanical Services at Baniyas, Al Mamoura Towers and Al Dar Academies.
Responsibilities:
• Represent the organization and enhance relationships in dealings with the Clients, Consultants and Regulatory Authorities.
• Prepare the project execution plan for management review and approval and manage approved plan to achieve project deliverables and timeline
objectives.
• Review Contract Documents and execution of works according to contract requirements.
• Manage resources (manpower, materials, equipments, etc.) to achieve
contract completion within budget and timeframe.
• Liaise with the HSE and or Quality Department for the preparation and publishing of project safety or quality manuals to ensure Company's
Health, Safety & Environment standards.
• Identify and ensure skills and training needs of assigned manpower are
aligned to project requirements and support recruitment activities to source technically competent personnel for the project.
• Lead project team to ensure timeframes and customer satisfaction.
• Manage all administrative, contractual, technical and financial issues
that are related to the project.
• Execute project in accordance with the work schedule and as per the
Contract requirements.
• Ensure that all personnel assigned to the job have adequate experience and skills to carry out works as per the contract requirements.
• Participate in the pricing of tenders and technical documentation for upcoming projects as required.
• Manage subcontract agreements.
• Attend scheduled and unscheduled meetings with the Client.
• Follow up with the client to get all payments timely to accomplish a positive cash flow to the project.

Project: Operation and Maintenance of MEP Services at Al Sabah District Hospitals - Ministry of Health - Kuwait
Position: Site Manager for maternity and chest hospitals and associated Centers.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing all Resources ( manpower, materials,
equipments, etc) those are required to operate and maintain all
mechanical systems ( HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) Electrical
Systems and civil works.
• Execution of works in according to the contract requirements.
• Preparation and Editing all official correspondences to the Client
those are related to the Contract Work..
• Follow up of all daily activities, Emergency Work planning and Staff arrangement for work extra hours during day and holydays
• Preparation &Implementation of preventive maintenance Schedules and corrective maintenance Work order.
• Carrying out periodic tests and commissioning for equipments to make sure that equipments work within Allowable Limits.
• Follow up with the Client for getting all payments timely to Ensure a positive cash flow to the Project.
• Attendance for regular meetings with clients and consultants and keeping them informed of work progress.
• Monitoring & controlling the site expenses to meet the anticipated Expenses plan
• Arrangement of consumable materials for preventive maintenance and spare parts for corrective maintenance.

• Full responsibility for management of maintenance staff, technical
issues, materials, equipments, etc. that are related to the maintenance
works.
• Cost estimate for maintenance and repair of various refrigeration and HVAC equipments.
• Arrangement to get consumable materials and spare parts that are
required for maintenance works.
Position: Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities: • Responsible for all administrative, technical and financial issues that are
related to the maintenance works.
• Operation & Maintenance of various Refrigeration and HVC
Equipments.
• Follow up with the Client to get payments timely to ensure a positive
cash flow for maintenance works
