 Serve as part of the project team and assist the Deputy Chief of Party/Commercial Sector Lead (DCOP) in management and coordination of program activities related to increasing demand for and use of recycling services in Amman by the commercial sector.
 Support identifying and profiling commercial waste generators and developing compelling messages and business cases that will convince commercial waste generators to recycle. Collaborate with professional/industry associations, GAM, and the Ministry of Environment on design of communication and outreach campaigns targeting commercial waste generators; and support waste generators to adopt recycling services and develop and monitor solid waste management (SWM) plans.
 Deliver direct technical support to businesses, introduce corporate behavior change programs, identify recycling market opportunities and incentives, analyze recycling markets and services, identify and facilitate innovative business partnerships and solutions in solid waste management and recycling, design training and capacity building programs, and facilitate public-private partnerships.
 Maintain strong working relationships with the commercial sector waste generators, the recycling service providers’, business leaders, the Ministry of Environment, Greater Amman Municipality, other related ministries, and relevant non-governmental organizations.
