•Market coverage and penetration for the company's product lines in projects and institutional segments.
•Prepare quotations, samples and technical drawings and related tenders requirements and cover ongoing and tendering projects also.
•Provide feedback from the market regarding competitor's activities, new product introduction and other information pertaining to market intelligence.
•Monitor and give support for company's product availability, merchandise and product display.
•Coordinate and follow up sales with consultants, project owners and contractors.
•Credit handling and collection.
•Preparing electrical materials submittals and compliance statement sheet regarding specifications.
•Preparing Daily reports, Monthly visit plan, Short term and Long term plans.
•Offering after-sales support services.
•Attend to Showroom customers when needed.
•Performing technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
•Persuading clients that the product or service will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
•Providing pre-sale technical assistance and product education.
•Maintain cordial and healthy relationship with the company staff.
•Maintain utmost secrecy regarding company's policies, confidential information, sales budget and achievements and not to divulge any such information which against company policy and interest.
•Present best image of the company in the market through proper attire, communication, integrity and by displaying professional and positive attitudes towards the job and self.
