Medad & Ama"l work in Trading and construction field:
* In charge for all government relation work for all branches ( contract paper for all branches, The Civil Defense, Municipality license papers, Electrical
bells, water bill ).
* Follow-up maintenance of all branches, arrange all the necessary materials in coordination with the supervisor or branch general manager.
* Development and organization branches through the decor and customer service.
* Follow up for all government paper for all staff in Est. ( iqama renewal, labor office, GOSI, medical insurance).
* Solve all issue any time for all branches.
Managing maintenance activities through an external maintenance contractor for staff Accommodations.
* Preventive Maintenance Activity report for AC, Mechanical & Electrical, Maintenance and Installation.
* Review the Contractors agreement of branches and provide the support by coordination with owner of Est.
* Directs and controls personal affairs and administration activities such as delegation of work, travels, leaves, petty cash, mail and government relations to ensure fulfillment of all corporate.
MSIX is a JV between Al Muhaidib Contracting and Six Construct for King Abdullah Sports City Project Jeddah-KSA (Client “ARAMCO”) :
* Execution and monitoring the Preventive maintenance schedule of the Aramco site offices and MSX Offices Per recommendations on daily basis.
* Monitor & check the water level for all site offices & Coordinate with supplier to arrange water and sewage water for offices and site and accommodation .
* Coordinate with National water company (NWC) weekly to arrange water by pipe line for main stadium.
* Lead the maintenance teams (35 technicians) for operation and maintenance work as per planned preventive maintenance & schedule.
* Managing maintenance activities through an external maintenance contractor for staff Accommodations.
* Able to lead & guide a team of supervisors, foremen and plumbers, technicians and provide technical solution for day to day .
* Review the Contractors agreement of Sub contracts and provide the facilities by coordination with Logistic Manager .
* Arrange Mechanical, electrical team for Accommodation maintenance
* Take and record minutes of the meeting.
* Prepare meeting agendas and collect related
material.
* Review and proofread documents for executives’
signatures.
