• Manage and organize the processing of all daily transactions in the operational system and ensure the execution of all operational activities in the department in effective manner
• Adjusting plans and priorities & succeeded in the past years in maintaining the highest level of performance significantly.
• Being involved from the initiation stage to the final implementation for any new project implemented in the Company and play a key role in ensuring post implementation of the products in the operational system is carried out smoothly
• Approving daily activation of dormant client accounts after receiving clients updated documents
• Understands current state front to back derivative business processes, including trade capture for all OTC assets.
• Reviewing company dealing policies and cooperation with legal/compliance to update company Terms & Conditions
• Build key relationships by meeting with Institutions within the UAE and receiving appropriate delegates from Banks that visit from abroad.
• Comply with internal and external regulatory requirements FCA
• Hedging company exposure base on approved risk levels
• Monitoring legal and illegal trading activities; churning and snipping as well as abusing offers; zero overnight interest, hedging possibilities
• Monitoring price feeds and comparing between different providers
• Monitoring competitors trading terms, policies and pricing quality
• Reconciling client’s deposits and withdrawals
• Understands related trading systems functionality and data flow (E-Signal, Bloomberg, Market Map).
• Handle all operation procedures of Meta trader 4 (MT4)
• Responsible for FX products across the spot markets
• Responsible for commodity and indices products across the CFDs markets
• Maximize Profit and Minimize risk within acceptability through, Market Making, Positioning and Trading within approved limits -and policies and procedures.
• Provide prices to corporate dealers, upon request, and meet with customers when requested.
• Keep up-to-date with interest rate movements and currency fluctuations internationally through studying country economic indicators, etc.

●Maintains technical understanding of derivative products, including listed and OTC instruments

●Assist trading personnel in preparing monthly revaluation of foreign currency accounts.

●May quote established conversion rates for bank branch staff and customers.
●Providing support for self-trading FX & commodities clients.

●Being available for Online Chat on the web site and available for Online Chat with IB Offices on MSN.
●Answering the “Request for Calls” received by email.
