• Reviewed and approved architectural materials and samples, including finishes, façade elements, doors,

• Conduct architectural site inspections to verify workmanship, material quality, installation methods, and
compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Prepare weekly architectural progress reports covering completed works, site constraints, pending approvals,
NCRs, snag items, and contractor follow-up actions.
• Review and respond to RFIs, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, and site documentation, coordinating with contractors to
resolve technical and execution issues quickly and keep site works moving.
• Prepared and managed 75+ separate snag lists, issuing corrective actions and following up with contractors
until closure to support quality control and handover readiness.
• Proposed a revised fixation method for large gates affected by wind movement, helping reduce repeated
misalignment and prevent recurring rework.
• Suggested an improved drainage approach for a large steel structure with a sandwich panel roof, helping
reduce water accumulation risk and improve long-term roof performance.

SEDRA Project | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Large-scale residential neighbourhood by ROSHN, a government-backed real estate developer. Worked on the fit-out phase of 59 villas after structural works were completed by a previous contractor.
• Worked with the main contractor as a Site Architect, supporting site execution and the architectural technical office.
• Prepared and managed 100+ architectural drawings, including execution drawings, shop drawings, plans, sections, elevations, details, finishing drawings, reflected ceiling plans, and interior-related drawings.
• Inspected fit-out works across 59 villas, including architectural finishes, ceilings, doors, windows, wardrobes, wet areas, and site coordination details.
• Coordinated with the consultant to accelerate shop drawing reviews, resolve comments, and obtain approvals needed to keep site works progressing.
• Raised RFIs to resolve technical clashes, including a conflict between a structural beam and hidden ceiling-mounted AC unit, proposing a revised location for proper installation.
• Reduced the required raised floor build-up by approximately 35% through a revised AC drainage route, helping reduce material waste, avoid unnecessary additional load, and preserve internal floor levels.
• Identified a clash between window openings and fixed wardrobes, raising an RFI with a proposed solution before installation and helping avoid wardrobe remanufacturing and rework.

Private Palace Rehabilitation Project | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Rehabilitation and fit-out works for a private palace, including contractor coordination, furnishing support, landscape works, shop drawings, as-built drawings, snagging, and close-out documentation.
• Coordinated multiple on-site contractors whose scopes overlapped heavily, including finishing, furnishing, landscape, and technical works.
• Implemented a start-of-work permission system requiring contractors to obtain clearance before beginning activities, helping reduce trade clashes, damage to completed works, and unnecessary rework.
• Supported furnishing procurement and vendor coordination, securing alternative carpeting suppliers that achieved approximately 20% cost savings compared with local market rates.

Restaurant Design and Fit-Out Projects
Led 3 restaurant projects in Cairo and supported 1 restaurant project in Sudan remotely, covering renovation
and new fit-out works from client briefing to site execution.
• Led client meetings to understand design vision, operational needs, budget limits, and brand direction,
translating requirements into practical restaurant design proposals.
• Conducted existing building measurements and site surveys, identifying constraints related to plumbing,
ceiling height, services, layout, and existing structural conditions.
• Developed concept designs, layout options, material palettes, and final construction drawing packages for
restaurant interiors and fit-out works.
• Sourced alternative materials that achieved the desired look and feel while reducing finish-related costs by
approximately 40% compared with natural material options.
