• Expertise lies in delivering numerous engagements to develop Strategic Plans and Target Operating Models (TOM) as well as assist organizations during restructuring initiatives. Specifically, his extensive working experience includes but is not limited to assisting clients in understanding key challenges facing their organization, identifying and establishing the current and future state through benchmarking studies as well as performing primary and secondary research, amongst others.
• Involve in a large number of Internal Audit and Risk Assessments for public and private entities that operate in the GCC concentrating in the following industries: Manufacturing, Construction, Hospitality, Health, Education, Media, Consulting, Government, Semi-Government, Oil and Gas, Transportation.
• Conduct training for clients to be qualify for Dubai Excellence Quality Program (DFQM) in various categories.
• Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the organization's success and act as a consultant to the business in recommending best practices and strong controls.
