• Lead the process of technical & financial proposals, quantity surveying, method statements, construction
methodologies, certificates, and execution plans for EPC and large construction projects.
• Manage end-to-end proposal development, including technical write-ups, compliance matrices, and
client submission requirements.
• Support the evaluation of bid quotations with a team of estimators to ensure technical accuracy, scope
alignment, and compliance with tender requirements, review and validate cost assumptions.
• Coordinate with estimators, planning engineers, QA/QC, HSE, and engineering teams to consolidate
technical and commercial inputs.
• Ensure all bid and proposal documents meet client and contractual requirements.
• Standardize and improve proposal templates, methodologies, and technical documentation.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, tender clarifications, and post-bid discussions as required, technical
meetings, negotiations with stakeholders.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of bid data and commercial information.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise junior quantity surveyors and provide technical guidance.

• Create detailed shop drawings using CAD software programs.
• Material requirements - Ensure specifications- Preparing MIRs (Material Inspection Requests) to proceed
procurement stages.
• Collaborated with architects, contractors and clients on project development and design.
• Attended meetings with owners, clients and contractors to deliver knowledgeable input.
