Structure the plan to fulfill the company’s manpower short and long term needs.
Lead the Recruitment process: Job posting, short listing, interviewing and on boarding.

Establishing, Implementing & updating the Human Resources policies & procedures.
Ensure the company complaining with country labor law.

• Use ABAP language to create or adjust SAP modules
• Use Adobe flex language to create graphical dashboard
* Working with Salary Administration work team as an effective member to enhance the productivity of the SAP system.
* Planning for new project to change Salary Administration workflow
* Collect data about employees from deferment department for project purpose.
* Analyzing the data to generate meaningful information using Microsoft office 2007
