Ensure that SOPs and other project documentations and actions are in compliance with USAID policies/Branding and Marking plan.
Assist the COP to deliver, informative and well-organized presentations & provide status reports and success stories on ongoing assignments
Inter departmental coordination for effective implementation of project activities like field operations, M&E and finance department
Stakeholder relationship management
Coordination in preparation of reports/success stories/Annual progress reports/annual implementation plan.
Ensure compliance with USAID branding and marking plan
Review project materials and deliverables for adherence to methodologies and procedures.
Works as correspondent/coordinator/communicator with USAID, DRDF internal And external Stakeholders
Maintain/keep record of all updates, policies, manuals, modifications in the cooperative agreement and sops of all the departments
Planning and coordination in project scheduling, budgeting, and administration
