* Leading and Managing Bausch+Lomb and Technolas Perfect Vision GmbH business and team in Saudi Arabia - Surgical line (Medical Equipments, Ophthalmic Femtosecond Lasers, Diagnostic Workstations, Phaco machines, Surgical consumables and Instruments...etc).
* Managing P&L for Ophthalmic business unit.
* Working directly with Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Service, Finance, ..etc to ensure optimum performance and business cycle completion.
* Ensure that the team follows the Standards Of Performance.
* Developing relation with Key Opinion Leaders, and decision makers within the market.
• Leading and Managing Ophthalmic and Bausch & Lomb teams in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain - Surgical line.
• Responsible of delivering the monthly and annual revenue targets, Strategy Formulation, Message
Preparation, Segmentation, and Targeting based on Market Analysis.
• Developing relationships with key accounts, Key Opinion Leaders and decision makers in addition to collecting the customer feedback on product performance and potential improvements.
• Regular communication with other operational departments (order management, procurement, application engineering, marketing, finance, supply chain and logistics).
• Ensure that the team follows the Standards Of Performance.
• Introduce new solutions and concepts
• Set business plans to improve the market shares of the product portfolio and set clear objectives to achieve the assigned quota.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding the performance.
• Introduce new solutions and launching new products with proper advertising plan to ensure a solid market positioning.
• Intensive presence in the market, and key decision makers to develop the business within the territory and conclude deals.
• Responsible for the sales and marketing of both Dental & Ophthalmology dept. in Saudi Arabia then Egypt.
• Responsible of Application trainings and attending O.R sessions with the surgeons.
• Conducted several market studies and set plans to penetrate the product line and achieve a competitive edge over the competitors.
• Provided several training courses to my colleagues on Sales Techniques and product knowledge.
• Promoting & selling the company’s product range to the hospitals, and Para-medical outlets in the delta governorates.
• Submitting daily reports to the sales field supervisor.
