Implements all necessary procedure for tenders, RFP and bidding for quotations to purchase all requests raised by experts in all WV projects. Follow up e-procurements and facilitate some process for the vendor with banks in (letter of guaranty, letter of credit).

Assist in preparation of conduct contract technical, specifications and management process according to the agreed deadlines Supervisor all network administrators team and provide all technical support for network (LAN, WAN)windows server 8, lotus Note and help-desk support in some circumstances
Responsible for overseeing all procurement and logistics activities for JICA Sudan office and projects in Sudan, Flow up all shipment from Tokyo to Khartoum including warehousing. Implements all necessary procedure for tenders, RFQ and bidding for quotations to purchase all requests raised by Japanese experts in all JICA projects .Management building constructions and maintenance for JICA Sudan . Liaise and follow up with Sudan authorities all customs exemptions and taxes issues for JICA, as JICA is representing Japan government in bilateral agreement with Sudan governments
Responsible for overseeing all Administration and procurement and logistics issues for UNDP project Called TOKTEN .And Also work for ILO inside UNDP office in Sudan to Liaise with Regional Headquarters in Cairo for logistics matters for ILO office in Sudan; Co-ordinate and monitor daily support of Operations work and Maintenance of records of all procurements and services (PR, Pro-forma Invoices, LPO, Tax Invoice, Delivery Invoice and Receipts.
Preparation and negotiation for all procurement and logistics activities and tenders for UMCOR offices in Khartoum and West Sudan Follow the procedures and job should be done with custom and related Authorities. To implement procurement needs for the project for Stationery, furniture, generators, Office equipment and vehicles. Maintain and implement logistics system, storage, inventory, asset control, distribution, and Receipt of all program materials grants. Coordinates and Follow up of offices' lease contracts for DAI offices, official’s houses and the granted national organizations.
