Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Synchronized the production schedule with what is available in inventory and order from sales can be monitored in SAP.
• Monitors the actual daily production costing and checks if the consumptions are within budget.
• Monitors daily inventory levels of major raw materials (i.e. scrap. DRI and HBI), semi-finished goods (billet) and finished good (rebars and wire rods), and prepares daily reports for submission to Board of Directors (BOD).
• Creates production plan (in coordination with the maintenance plan) and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization.
• Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory.
• Prepares the daily and monthly costing reports (in Excel and Power Point) of finished products produced (in SAR/Tons), and to ask for justification in case the consumption go beyond budget.
• Coordinates with finance department for monthly closing activities to aid them to come up with the manufacturing costs.
• Prepares the project schedule (including setting up OBS, EPS, WBS, Relationship and Resources) thru primavera.
• Regularly update and analyze consequences the schedule and decide either a recovery or adjusted plan is needed.
• Monitor the actual earned value (EVM) of all the activities and make report it is are below, equal or above budget.
• Review the contractor’s contract and extract commercial part of it and prepares needed model then input them in the cost management software called PSS.
• Prepare the actual monthly progress billing report for the monitoring of the financial standing and status of the project and submit to the project manager for information and guidance.
• Performs others duties as maybe assigned by the superior from time to time.

• Pioneered the implementation of document protocol procedures during & after the completion of 2 major projects (KSA & Jordan).
