Collect and study data related to the needs of the university and other various institutions of the services offered by the department.
Develop the technical uses of venues and give support.
Provide professional service atmosphere at work.
Follow up department's procedural and financial matters.
Follow-up and implementation of department's activities with various units of the University.
Prepare an annual report on the progress work of the department and submitted to the Deputy Vice Chancellor for Administrative and Financial Affairs.
Supervising the work of department’s sections.
Prepare department’s plans, develop them and supervise its implementation.
Propose department’s need of human resources, equipment and others.

BSc (Hons) Media Technology 3 years Full Time This course combined engineering theory with production know-how. learned about the principles and functions of video, audio and multimedia systems while gained core skills and knowledge in electronics, design systems and the technical characteristics of different sizes of halls as per their design.
Studied in a technical school for 8 years so we graduate with general engineering third secondary or BTEC First Diploma which is a vocational qualification.
