Identify and recommend the preferred procurement channels - subcontracts, BPAs, Preferred Supplier
Agreements, etc.- to best meet the customer’s requirements.
* Analyzing and evaluating proposals
* Responsible for Procurement Section vendor management
* Review, prepare, award, and administer subcontracts in accordance with company directives and prime
contract flow-down terms and conditions.
* Adhere to and enforce all aspects of company directives, the prime contract, and ISO requirements.
* Assume day-to-day responsibilities of Procurement Section in the absence of the Manager, Procurement.
-Cash Management and Investigations
1. Attending customers for any governmental services, in regards to of e-dirham products.
2. Coordinating with MOF (ministry of finance) for any kind of default in cards.
3. Updating with daily report to VP and finance dept.

Advising letter of credit, which involves Pre advice L/C, unconfirmed and confirmed L/C
