- Optimization of the purchases performance per family, and ensure regulatory monitoring;
- Sale management of industrial scrap :copper, aluminium and other (shot and cable) = 3M€ / Annual;

- Modernization of Supply chain organization mainly through optimization of flows & SC procedures deployment.
- Logistics indicators follow up: inventory optimization, supply management, Supplier performance follow up, customer service level monitoring and transportation cost optimization;
- Setting up of logistical protocols for automotive & aerospace customers;
- Storage area optimization & mappings (ERP & physical mapping) based on a policy store management;
- Theatrical minimum Inventory definition, and its deployment on Nexans subsidiaries;
- ABC Matrix development for sales, supply optimization and stock reduction;
- (*) S&OP, MPS and MRP (strategic planning) Implementation, operating procedure development and users training;
*S&OP : Sales & operations planning, MPS: Master Production Schedule (MPS), MRP: Manufacturing resource planning
- Demand forecasting tool development and operating budgets calculation.
- Supply chain Dashboard conception & implementation (OTIF, PCA, SFE, IC…).

- Supplies cost optimization and supplier performance analysis;
- Supply chain Physical and information flows optimization through costs and inventory levels;
- Development and consolidation of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP);

- Coordination role between locals: “engineering, Manufacturing, Planning division” and "Corporate";
- Operating cost rationalization (Lean Manufacturing, VSM, Six Sigma, Kanban, Poka Yoke);
- Customer relationship management (interfacing), recalls and claims handling (8D report, Why why analysis);
- Finished good, WIP (Work in process) & Raw-Material store optimization;
- New products qualification & industrialization, and R&D trials steering;
