• Ensured timely utilization of pricing opportunities through price tracking mechanism, which helped in increasing revenue and margins.
• Handled ROI discussions with key distributors, which helped in identifying the inefficiencies in their business model. This helped in reducing the attrition rate of the distributors.
• Trimester review of the distributor ROI’s to ensure distributor operations & earnings are as per plan

• Handled all reporting requirements, Month close process and MIS for the Corporate office through monitoring & coordination with Shared Service team
• Reviewed the Balance sheet schedules of the Corporate Office on a monthly basis.
• Coordinated with all departments at the corporate office to ensure compliance with the key controls as part of SOX compliances
• Ensured compliance with the Accounting Standards, Group Policies and Internal Guidelines.
• Liaised with the auditors for timely completion of audit
• Assisted the Beverage Controller in formulating policies & procedures at regional level

• Prepared the Annual Operating Plan, Strategic Plan (3-5 Years) and quarterly Forecasts for the Beverages business, taking inputs from various stakeholders
• Supported the Beverage Planner in effectively managing the India beverages business variables, by providing key inputs for taking important decisions such as new product launch, pricing, introduction of new packs etc.
• Provided the monthly Forecast of Volumes & P&L by 21st of every month, which helped the business in taking necessary action to ensure achievement of monthly targets
• Analyzed the actual performance vs the Budgets and Forecasts, with the variance explanation.

Forecasted the P&L and Cash Flows of the franchises for 3 years, which helped in estimating their financial position. This provided key inputs to Management in understanding the stability of Franchises.
