Responsibilities :-
•Arrangement of Inspection with TPIA and Approved vendors, raising the Inspection Notification to KOC and keeping the track for the same.
•To witness and review the Vacuum Box Test, hydrostatic test, Leak Test, Pneumatic Test & Gravity Test package for the completed quality related documents and reports in accordance with the approved Inspection & Test Plan, like pre hydro test check list, post hydro test check list, line flushing reports, and summery of Welding including reports for NDE, P&ID’S, pipe arrangement plan, isometric drawings and certificate for the calibration of the relief valves, pressure gauges etc prior to hydro test of the line
•Co-ordinate all activities in material handling, storage, preservation etc., as to ensure adequate protection & proper storage, handling & Preservation of the materials at site .
•Fit up & Weld visual inspection of Storage tank Shell, Bottom plate Annular plate, Roof plate, inlet & outlet tank Pipeline & Structural Works

Verification of isometric drawings with respect to P&ID.
• Reviewing the approved quality plans, manuals and scope of work to perform the required inspection.
•Witnessing the Hydro testing of the pipe lines.
•Prepare hydro test packages, line check and punch listing.
•Control of non conformities issuance of punch list.
•Close log book entry or surveillance violation.
•Coordinating with client/consultants while the inspection is being carried out and offer any clarification is required.

•To assist Third Party Inspectors during inspection activity .
•Stage wise inspection for Tank Peaking & Banding.
•Stage wise inspection for Tank Roundness.
•Stage wise inspection for Tank Shell Nozzle & Roof nozzle Marking

Modular rig : Project for Structural modification work at 27 unmanned platforms at Mumbai High North and south field( offshore)for deployment of modular rig.
Onshore Responsibilities:
•Raw material inspection at onshore workshop including welding Electrodes & Fitting B/W & S/W, all types of pipes, plates, bars, Angles & Beams & Channels.
•To assist Third Party Inspectors and ensure proper assistance is provided to do inspection.
•To prepare necessary reports and documents for clearance of material.
•To inspect material as per ONGC specification / Quality Assurance plan (QAP) & Inspection Test Plan (ITP)
•Co-coordinating with subcontractor for carrying out Non destructive
• Examination, Heat Treatment of weld Joints
•Make the fit-up & welds visual report, NDT (R.T, P.T, M.P.I, and U.T) & painting report.
•Welding inspection, painting inspection as per ITP plan & AFC drawing.
•Ensuring that calibrated measuring and testing equipments (vernier caliper
•Ultrasonic thickness gauge, multi meter, Coat measure, mother Ovens are used
Off-shore Responsibilities
•Co-ordination with top management & clients.
•Conducting daily progress meeting clients at offshore.
•Inspection and monitoring for fabrication of cellar deck, main deck extensions, platform topside launcher & receiver installation, equipments & piping spools erection, welding, NDT, PWHT, hardness testing, hydro test, painting works of piping, pipeline, structural brazing, primary & secondary pipe supports of platform topside modification works, stairs, chequered plates & grating installation

India Responsibilities
•Preparing daily inspection report
•Final and pre dispatch inspection of products as per QAP & Customer requirement & Maintain inspection records.
•Inward inspection of piping materials and fittings. Release accepted materials to construction and follow up to return the rejected material to supplier for the replacement.
•Checking the dimension on job and create the dimension report
