• Ensures the compliance of the projects with ICRC ESAP requirements as defined in the ESAP technical framework
• Ensures due application of the ESAP Operation & Maintenance guidelines
• Acts as focal point for any electricity related matter for stakeholders and end-users

• Requests allocation of vehicles to the fleet department and coordinates its movements between the different sites of works
• Conducts daily visits to the projects sites, closely supervises the electrician team leaders on the on-going works, provides technical recommendations
• Organises small local ad-hoc purchases in accordance with the Administration & Logistic procedures.
• May receives and implements delegated tasks from the ESAP Project Manager; in particular any project management duties such as (but not limited to) budget & planning follow up, updates, reporting, etc…
• Establishing ELV environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
• Coordinate with different service provider the design, review, and implementation of all ELV function and discipline required for the projects.
• Configure and program CCTV cameras, access control panels, intercom devices, gate barriers, Fire Alarm, PAVA and software interfaces.
• The implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment.
• Involve in testing and commissioning of the installed systems and ensure compliance and handover.
• Maximizing performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with service providers on optimization.
• Manage Division P&L, periodically meeting with Finance and/or Director of General Services to discuss Expenditure vs. Budget
• Conducting performance reviews for direct reporting Colleagues and disciplinary actions within the team.
• Approval of Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) programs ready for implementation to Computer Managed Maintenance System (CMMS) tool.
• Assisting other departments with facilities related tasks/issues.
• Creating Permits to Work (PTW) for vendors/sub-contractors and signing off work completion certificates.
• Ensuring training programs are delivered to all Colleagues in order to obtain annual and quarterly training hours.
