• Executed the rollout of PMO in the Company
• Administered the Stage Gate Governance Manual and its associated tools (PMIS and Stage Gate Traffic light System)

• Developed the first IK-EPC contract which considered the vision’s objectives.

• Managed IK-PMC Contractors for daily activities.

• Participated in Developing the Expenditure package for mutli-hundred millions projects.
• Developed Licensor Contracts and negotiated them with team members.
• Conducted Vendor Inspection activities and Factory Acceptance Tests.
• Constructed tanks and Loading/Off-Loading Skids and Arms for Additional Capacity phase-II project
• Initiated Service Orders and short form contracts during projects.
• Mitigated violations by understanding the standards and the purpose; through waivers.
• Participated in Other Projects engineering regular coordination to ensure smoothness of Projects; CSD, P&CSD and law department related activities.
