- Provide SaaS services/applications including E-mail, web and file sharing environments based on Exchange server for Email, IIS for web hosting and SharePoint foundation for file sharing.
- Manage/administrate the new hosting infrastructure and replace the old one using latest technologies in the market (HMC) including Active Directory, Exchange, SQL server, TMG, SharePoint Foundation, and the provisioning control panel.

- Observe training needs and relay training needs and requests to the manager.
- Participate in setting up annual plan, budget, and objectives for the team.
Currently I am the team leader of HOSTED EXCHNAGE (HMC 3.5) project on 22 servers.I have designed and implemented the company Domain (Active Directory) using Microsoft Windows Server2003 R2 and its infrastructure such as DHCP, DNS.. . Also I am responsible for managing, administrating and maintaining the whole internal network domain recourses by implementing SMS & MOM, Responsible for Security by implementing ISA Server 2006, and messaging system by implementing Exchange server 2007, Also I am, also i was responsible for web hosting on IIS web servers (Web hosting administrator) for one year.
: I have designed and established the whole network physical connections, Responsible for all workstations, communications and other network equipment, Routers configuration, Support Microsoft networks. Software maintenance, all hardware and pc’s components.
