Implementing new ideas to improve CRM (Data Capture) with old and new guests
Provide exceptional guest experience as per the retail guidelines

Ensure mystery shopping results are consistently positive & exceed expectations
Ensure that the shop is manned at all times & that all the guests are attended to meet the department KPIs as per target
Participate with the sales executive team in generating sales through high selling techniques
Coach sales executives on product knowledge & selling skills
Prepare rosters for sales team for the respective section & share it with the manager
Provide qualitative feedback about missed sales opportunities and the previous week’s trade to the managers to take appropriate actions
Conduct daily walkthroughs to check presentation standards
Responsible for stock variance in stores
Monitoring daily cycle counting criteria on sections of the store by lines
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
“Go the extra mile” to drive sales
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
Actively seek out customers in store
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Cross sell products
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer
service
Build productive trust relationships with customers
