• Assist the Recruitment Manager in implementing the annual recruitment plan.
• Receive employment applications, update HR data base and send acknowledgement letters to candidates who have applied for (co-worker level)positions.
• Conducts 1st interview for candidate and provide feedback to the Recruitment Manager.
• Assist Recruitment Manager arranging interviews and appointments of short listed candidate.
• Support Recruitment Manager weekly up-date on recruitment progress.
• Prepare employment offer letter for selected candidate and maintain / update employee file.
• Ensure contract has been signed and acknowledged.
• Ensure handover of the complete name tag, staff ID card and staff handbook to the new hired employees.
• Assist conducting orientation programme / sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
• You are responsible to up-date the Organization Chart on monthly basis.
• Process all documentation for new hired employee.
• Update the HR database about employee evaluation results.
•Perform other duties and responsibilities as required for smooth and efficient operation.
• Ensure the completion the employee’s file and then creating job number to them in SAP system then submit the file to payroll section.
• Department, from receiving requests to sourcing and conducting the interviews, and negotiating job offers.
• Meeting with the departments to discuss current recruitment requests and any needed actions to take.
• CV’s Shortlisting and arranging/conducting interviews.
• Negotiating and Preparing job offers.
• Running recruitment campaigns through social and professional networking sites.
• Searching potential candidates through networking and company website as well as universities, institutes, etc.
• Place job Ads in all website such as LinkedIn, bayt.com, Akhtaboot, Mihnati .
• Conduct phone screening, shortlist and forward CVs to hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews with the selected candidates.
• Offer the best selected candidate as per the company’s procedures.
• Complete recruitment process from A to Z.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and staff.
• Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills.
• Contact references and perform background checks.
• Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.
• Searching and screening CVs by using different methods such as, recruitment website (Bayt, Mihnati.) • Advertising vacancies in recruitment websites. • Receiving the job vacancy request from the departments and provide them with the qualified candidates. • Interviewing and evaluate the candidates then arrange the interviews for the selected candidates with the heads of departments. • Issue the contract and Job Description for each employee. • Daily follow up with the recruitment coordinator for all recruitment process. • Manage the department's budget • Preparing the weekly and monthly reports. • Update all recruitment forms. • Participate in the development of HR department.
