Commercial Manager for Ashghal on the Expressway Program which involves the design and construction of some 30 major road and infrastructure projects for the strategic road network of Qatar. All projects are of a very large scale and have a value of up to several billion Qatari riyals each. Projects are typically multi-lane, dual carriageway with grade separated interchanges. The projects include the provision of the major trunk utility services, typically underground including drainage, power, water reticulation, sewerage, treated sewage effluent (TSE), telecommunication services, and others.

Mixed used development for Internal Security Forces:
Prepared an independent assessment and recommendation for the Engineering Services Department and President of Ashghal on a Contractor’s claim of QAR1, 4 billion: Claim for extension of time (including schedule concurrency analysis), prolongation costs and additional costs.

The design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, testing and final handover of a 3, 577 bed (1, 150, 000m2) integrated healthcare campus in Etlik, Ankara.The project includes a main hospital, a rehabilitation hospital, a high-security psychiatric hospital, administration building, hotel, conference centre, restaurant and commercial areas.

► Implement the complete back charge control system and procedure for accommodation, medical care, personnel transport, HSE, security services, and bulk material (rebar) and equipment supply.
► Development of a new control system to monitor, report and forecast the end dates of activities and tasks to be performed by the design consultancy (Studio Alterie) on the Project. These dates were directly linked with the procurement departments' contracting plan where they had to prioritise procurement in terms of design maturity and available work fronts.
