Developed high-growth strategies and action plans to support transition of the
aviation company from a startup stage to the growth stage. Spearheaded contract
and project negotiations with main customer, Joint Aviation Command of the UAE
Armed Forces, to develop business and close new deals. Administered three
different major contracts with the Joint Aviation command including modifications
of rotary and fixed wing aircrafts.
• Increased $10M in sales in aircraft upgrade services by networking with
market leaders.
• Implemented a state-of-the-art electronic flight bag (EFB) for a fleet of
UAE armed forces helicopters.

Expedited business growth by capitalizing on new business opportunities for
maintenance, repair, and overhaul of helicopter and components in Iraq, Egypt,
Afghanistan, UAE, and other countries in the Middle East. Spearheaded end-to-end
implementation of projects in multiple countries overseas for helicopter
maintenance and operations.

spare parts worldwide.
• Established and developed a maintenance facility from the ground up in a
remote location.
• Program Manager for a $200M aircraft spare parts sales and upgrade/repair
project of 12 helicopters for the Iraqi Army Aviation.

Temporary project:
• Developed an automated diagnostics procedure to reduce the download errors of locomotive data files.
• Participated in GE pilot staging and testing of Maximo Asset Management software.
• Conducted statistical analysis to determine the causes of air compressors failures in order to prolong the
life of the component.
• Designed a dynamic cart for the customer to ensure efficient storage and utilization of Mechanics Tool Sets.

• Increased profit margins of Emergency Medical Services provider by $20, 000/month through development of statistical analysis system to predict demand and to optimize operations
