Nurse Job Description
• Assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations
• Responsible for securing and developing all records, equipment, and programs related to occupational health services
• Handled Nestle Group Audit for the Clinic.
• Handles the Monitoring of the health status of the Employees everyday
• I conduct various Interventions to reassure that the employee is fit to work everyday
• I handle Medical Reports/ Incident Reports and Medical Interventions in Various accidents that occur in the workplace
• Reassures that Safety and Health are Maintained
• Medical Waste Disposal
• Handles Schedules, Daily Time Records of clinic Staffs and Delegation of responsibilities to the Clinic Staff
• Health and Safety Programs in Coordination with the Company Physician and Safety Health and Environment Manager
• Maintain an adequate supply of medicines at all times as suggested by the house doctor and replenish the first aid boxes as necessary.
• Be always available in the clinic during the stated hours and ensure the clinic is always clean and tidy.
• Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment such as oxygen bottles, first aid kits and other medical equipment.
• Prepare the sickness report and submit to the Human Resources Coordinator at the 30th of each month and forward a copy of the sick leave report to concerned Heads of Department.
• Ensures pre-employment medical scanning is conducted for overseas recruited colleagues and reports submitted and verified within the time limit.

Human Resource Admin Assistant Job Description
• Handles Sick Leaves of Employees
• Reviewing, auditing, and verifying monthly Medication and supplies invoices
• Helping employees with benefit issues
• Planning and coordination HR presentations
• Assisting with employee relations
• Examining employee records to answer inquiries and provide information to authorized persons
• Conducting pre-employment Health background checks on prospective employees
• Ensures that all new colleagues are issued Health Cards and collects all expired cards and Government Health Licenses
• Collaborate with outside resources for program development, such as

• Preparing badges, passes, and identification cards for staff with collaboration with security
