Job Description:
•Timely and accurate processing of centralized monthly payroll for Approx. 1, 100 employees across Middle east in UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Jordan.
•Independently creating & uploading WPS file to bank for payment in UAE, Qatar and KSA.
•Calculation of all variable sheets like OT, monthly additions and deductions and entering them into payroll system.
•Preparation of end of service settlements for leaver employees across Middle East.
•Maintaining and updating employee records on payroll system.
•Maintain records for various types of leaves like annual leave, sick leave, leave without pay, maternity leave for individual staff
•Preparing of payroll budget and forecasting of fund requirement for a financial year.

Job Description:
•Timely and accurate processing of weekly and monthly payroll for assigned business units across 6 diverse companies for Approx. 1, 400 Employees (Handled up to 4, 100 employees).
•Opening job codes & additions of new joiners in human resource management system.
•Compose and distribute routine written correspondence from human resources.
•Preparation of retirement and benefits to UAE Local employees on monthly basis.
•Handling employee life and health insurance enrollment and cancellation.
•Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures
•Performance appraisal, new staff induction /orientation and attending exit interviews.
•Provide support in investigations for disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Subjects Includes, Business Accounting, Managerial Economics, Principles and practices of Management, Quantitative techniques, Business Law, Entrepreneurship / Business environment. Additional Qualification •Training
