Reporting to the M.D, I led the organization in optimizing the work flow through process improvement & implementation. To get the all resources aligned, I worked with all departments specially operation, supply &
logistic, HR and administration, and improved the communication & accountability for meeting the demand in quantity, quality & time.
I looked for short term process as well long term process setup based on the need of time and people adaptability.
Overview: I served the clients in building competitive advantage and bridging the gap in processes for achieving the organizational objectives.

Projects:
1. Title: Capacity assessment of suppliers
Details: To fulfill the increase in upcoming demand as forecasted, there was a need of exercise for
choosing the suitable options and getting more input material from suppliers. As a consultant I had to look
in to acquire higher percentage in total production of supplier capacity and analyse the option to increase
the production capacity of suppliers.
Achievements: Prepared the recommendation lists based on 4M (man, machine, money & material)
2. Title: Process developments & improvements
Details: For improving the productivity of an organisation, developed the process and trained it’s
employee on six sigma for continuous improvement
Achievements: Trained a team of 6 on six sigma and enabled them to take control for further
improvement
3. Title: New product development
Details: Worked with cross functional team managing the confliction & translating the opportunity with
research & development (R&D) team.
Achievements: Set up a smooth communication between sells & marketing team and R&D team
Overview:
•Spearheaded gap analysis and six sigma methodology program, utilizing statistics and data/ customer/ process analysis to implement sustainable improvements.

Projects:
•Title: Controlled the defects and losses in supply & logistic
Details: Acting on numerous factors we controlled the losses in supply & logistic between plant and distribution unit.
Achievements: In a span of 7 months we stopped the loses by 2.1 % and improved the logistic efficiency.
•Title: Customer retention improvement & new customer acquisition
Details: For falling trend of the total customer, we segregated the customer in two categories named “New” & “Renew”. With Lean Six Sigma approach we upgrade the process and controlled the factors causing of count fall.
Achievements: In a span of 6 months we improved the retention by 10% and new customer by 4%
•Title: Optimized the process approach for new prospects
Details: spearheading the approach for new prospect we had the improved the success & hitting ratio.
Achievements: In 4 months of time span, we improved the success & hitting ration by 3%.
•Title: Improved the process efficiency
Details: Considering the incompletion of work within stipulated time, we had to improve the output of work force with removing the lack in process.
Achievements: We improved the process capacity from 1.76 sigma to 2.82 sigma.
•Title: Upgradation of IT infrastructure and integration for smooth & error free processing
Details: Integration of department’s works and increments of activity on website & social media
Achievements: In 10 months, we reduced the complaint related to service order and saw a 9 times increments in count of online activities.
•Title: Optimization of program delivery
Details: Under program delivery service, we had to optimize the order processing, material delivery, content delivery and test evaluation.
Achievements: We achieved the error free processing within scheduled time and saved the 86 working hours
