CBK is a claim handling system. CBK is intended to facilitate the mechanism of chargeback handling by collecting most or all the information for timely work in one place and tracking those events that have a deadline. Claim processing involves making decision, taking locally significant actions (such as Credit or Debit), sending and receiving clearing items and carrying out formerly labor-intensive operations such
as writing a letter.
CBK is currently implemented for both Acquirers and Issuers, with the Clearing Networks protocols like VISA, MasterCard and AMEX (American Express). Depending on the customers required, CBK is capability of database integration with Oracle, DB2 and MS SQL Server.

OCS (Open Card System) \[InterCard/ Fincimex\]

OCS is a platform from Clear2Pay providing the protocol, business and functional requirements for Authorization and Clearing purpose. OCS provides the functionality for conversion of Authorization traffic, conversion of Clearing and Settlement traffic, handling the message matching control (for the incoming and outgoing request/response), providing interface to obtain merchant data for Authorization, Clearing and Settlement, Merchant Management System, use of HSM, Merchant and Network related report management etc. As per the customer's requirements, OCS can be implemented for various protocols on the Acquirer end, e.g. GICC, BCC, APACS etc.
OCS system has been implemented for various clients, providing the SWITCH, CLEARINING, Operator and Issuer Authorization services.

“PayGo” enables the electronic distribution and management of pre-paid personal authorization
codes (“PINS”), POSA cards, Top-Up and Stored Value products for wireless, long-distance,
content, and other services. The PayGo system is an end-to-end solution for managing prepaid
products and related lines of business. The PayGo “back-end” stores electronic PIN inventory
and supports the delivery of the inventory to a wide spectrum of distribution interfaces. The
PayGo “front-end” is a web-based user interface that enables a company to manage all facets of
selling prepaid products - from account, product, and inventory management to real-time
reporting.
