Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all Payroll for WFCH Holding and other subsidiaries.
Assist in strengthening Payroll processes to support all WFCH, its subsidiaries and clients.
Enrolling new joiners in system and updating all required details
Processing Final settlement for resignation/termination of employees.
Updating different types of Overtime and salary advances.
Preparing employee compensation checks using payroll software.
Preparing payroll reports for all assigned Clients.
Support implementation of business process improvements that will lead to greater efficiency and value of Payroll operations. Policies, Systems, Process & Procedures.
Full compliance of Company policies, procedures, and strategy. Recommend improvements to departmental procedures so that all relevant procedure /legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost effective service to customers.
Deliver support; fulfill service requests and process transactions within the agreed organizational/ client.
Payroll quality assurance framework and control environment to ensure employee records are accurate.

Delivers activities to support operational objectives.
Makes decision within parameters set by manager, using job/specialist experience.
Calculating employee benefits and deductions.
Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.

❖ Directly reports to the HR Manager. ❖ End to end processing of monthly Payroll for almost 2000 employees. ❖ Processing the Reconciliation report. ❖ Processing the leave salaries of the employees' and final settlement for the resigned, terminated and absconding employees. ❖ In-change of Human Resources Department in the absence of HR Manager. ❖ Processing the probation period appraisals of the new hire employees for evaluation. ❖ Updating the newly hired employees in the system. ❖ Updating the salary change / promotion of the employees. ❖ Updating and maintaining all the required details of the employees' which includes passport, employment. visa, labour card, emirates ID cards and medical insurance card details. ❖ Updating the IBAN numbers and Al Fardan cards of the employees. ❖ Updating transfer of the employees to the new location project/ Organization. ❖ Updating all the necessary details of the employees in the system as per the new requirement. ❖ Ensures that the payroll reports are maintained to manage the requirements of the company to ensure. the company meets its legal obligations about salary payments and record purposes. ❖ Ensures that Manager receive the accurate & timely guidance in response to specific queries about HR. Policy or aspects of employment rules and regulations. ❖ Maintaining the accurate records for the additions, deductions and other related issues. ❖ Reconciling payroll related issues to Accounts department. ❖ Handling correspondence, incoming calls verification from the bank and other queries. ❖ Liaising with staff and management on payroll-related queries. ❖ Providing a smooth channel to attend to all employee concerns and issues. ❖ Calling up candidates for interviews and fixing dates for appointments. ❖ Prepare pay slip as per employees' request. ❖ Generate, run, and analyze payroll reports as needed. ❖ Other duties as required by management from time-to-time.
Job Description: ❖ Acts as personal assistant to the DHRM, handling correspondence and incoming calls, diary, trace file and signature requirements. ❖ Types all necessary letters, documents, certificates, reports and outgoing memos related to the Human Resources Operation. ❖ Handles the administration and assists with recruitment, residence visa renewals, penalty forms, leave application. ❖ Responsible for staff requests for certificates and standard letters. ❖ Handles the administration of employment contracts renewal, appraisals, and change of position / wages. ❖ Responsible for updating the main noticeboard. ❖ Responsible in booking air tickets (for new staffs', vacation, resigned, terminated employees''. ❖ Updates the computer Herms System. ❖ Raise PR all staff flights for inbound, outbound & vacation. ❖ To ensure that all new staff have a poster of introduction placed on the notice boards. ❖ Ensure that all associates have their name badge and valid ID card. ❖ Monthly time report to prepare for HR and security department. ❖ Other duties as required by management from time-to-time.
