-Ensure the timely issuance of complete and constructible Installation Work Packages (IWP) that support and are in line with the construction schedule.
-Determining required activities, resources, quality control, risk planning, interdependencies, interfaces, special requirements,
field conditions, etc
-Coordinating IWP execution with field supervision, resource coordinators, project controls, quality assurance, engineers, other planners, and operations personnel
-Conducting IWP close-outs
-Being a member of a multi-major engineering crew that worked on achieving the refurbishment of Doha Old Airport for the 2022 World Cup event.
-High-ending architectural finishing and accurate precision for all airport parts beginning with the check-in area to terminals, gates, and runway (Departure and Arrival)
-Working on implementing a fresh new baggage handling system, new check-in counters, and new scanning machines (Airport Smartening)
-Direct relations with Hamad International Airport and Qatar Airways
