Working with the business protection team of Jaguar Land Rover to design and sign a suitable, qualified and registered security company to install and test and commission the state-of-the-art security system (due to data protection I cannot go into details of the installed system)
The value of phase 1 of the Jaguar Land Rover car plant is 1.6 Billion (US) with an expected completion date of February 2019,
Duties and responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the works involved in designing, installing and testing and commissioning the complete security system (access control, CCTV, barriers, gates, speed lanes, turnstiles etc.)
Complete all sign offs from the Jaguar Land Rover business protection team in order for the complete security system to be handed over
.
Duties and Responsibility:
•Supervision of the projects complete installations utilising my strong technical background.
•Responsible for technical validation of all electrical, mechanical systems, fire safety systems and validation of all, installed MEP Systems on the project
•Responsible for 200 number Electrical and Mechanical Staff.
•Training electricians to be of an excellent standard,
•Promote awareness of all safety procedures and hazards related to the project.
•Agree project time scales and deadlines - ensuring adherence to committed time frame with the project team.
•Plan and control project schedule with appropriate resources, quality and risk to satisfy requirements
•Provide leadership, motivation and strategic direction to the project leaders
•Maintain liaison with project staff, suppliers and vendors
•Create and maintain issue logs and records during execution of projects
•Weekly ongoing project updates to senior management and project sponsor
•Responsible for technical validation of all electrical and mechanical systems installed on the Project.
•Supervision of the projects due to strong technical background.
