Polyclinics and Pharmacies. With presence in GCC and India, ADM Healthcare
conceived and developed a branding program with ASTER brands of Medical Centers,
Pharmacies and Hospitals.

A leadership role for a team of 400 above nurses of Aster, UAE and was reponsible for
managing the department across the group, which covered Manpower Recruitment,
Planning and Deployment, Nursing administration, clinical trainings and Nursing Budget.

* Contributed a major role in projects of Aster and Medcare Hospitals, Aster medical
Centers in UAE.

* Established a nursing department with well-organized and structured reporting
systems.
* Led the delivery of patient care and nursing services to achieve/excel in quality
clinical standards and performance measures.
* Ensured and improved clinical practices, services and operations by designing and
implementing processes, procedures and methodologies to evaluate and improve
patient care at all levels.
* Steering committee member of Accredited CMEs, CNEs, Clinical quality
management, Hospital Information Systems etc.
* Developed medical terminology programme for non-medical professionals.
* Conducted campus recruitment at Nursing Colleges and Overseas recruitment of
nurses and other paramedical staff.

* Conducted Internal and External trainings for nurses.
* Developed KPI and KRA based Performance Appraisal system for nursing

* Developed mission, vision and policies and Job description for nursing department.
* Core member of corporate social response activities. Coordinated entire Aster
mobile Bus services for the community in association with DHA, RTA and Dubai
Police
* Coordinated School Health Programmes in association with DHA, MOH, DCAS
and KHDA.
* Assisted in developing Aster - Doctor On call services and home care nursing
services.
* Developed internal job postings systems and Team Building Programmes
* Developed an Emergency Response Team in all Aster medical centres.
Responsible for entire nursing services at Aster Hospital.
