• Maintain and prepare Banquet event order, and meeting necessities.
• Organize casual and valet requests and prepare bills
• Liaise with outsourced management and maintain attendance, lieu hours, etc.

• Greet and meet guest and maintain guest database.
• Direct coordination with the manager in relation to the team

• Providing guest services like typing, faxing, copying and other secretarial services.

• Assisting the guest with the audio visual requirements in the meetings.
