• Prepare daily and monthly reports on sales and operational activities and analyse day to day
performance in terms of value and volume
• Analyse the weekly activity reports of various departments and closely examine to identify hindrances
and short comes and report to the top managements with way forwards
• Associate with sales and marketing team to visit individual and business customers and report the
scope of improvements in terms of product quality and service
• Regular follow-ups with key customers to ensure the smooth functioning of sales activity, maintain
and develop the business relation
• Associate with the new projects within departments, follow-up and monitor the development to ensure
on time completion
• Arrange weekly meeting between Cross Functional Teams to review the performance and submit the
report to top management for monthly review
