Office management of 30 employees with different departments and mentoring workshops
Managed budget of up to $5M for different projects funded by AFD and ECHO
Coordinated with 9 CSOs partners, and provided capacity development trainings and workshops
Attended coordination meetings with local Authorities, NGOs and CSOs for project implementation
Supported logistics department to ensure adequate support for the program implementation
Participated in strategy implementation, proposals writing and needs assessments
Led directly 5 employees, and indirectly 20+ employees and volunteers, assessment of TDH project
staffs, training, capacity building, developed and implemented the Capacity Development Plan
Managed budget of $2.5M for project funded by AFD
Ensured all activities are implemented on time and quality manner in accordance with TDH program

Im leading the strategy of CBOs CB in ACTED as we are implementing our activities through CBOs .
plus managing livelihood project funded by EU that focused in capacity building through grants to CBOs and advocacy
i worked in projects funded by multi donors like EU, UNWOMEN, WFP and FAO .
North of Jordan field coordinator responsible about project related to PWD Syrians and Jordanian .
Managing 12 volunteers and coaching CBOs directors among the implementation of the project activities
IOCC Representative in the North attending all meetings with local authorities and UN agencies, so i have very big network in the north
Managing the project in the north under supervision with project manager .its done by managing the team who are working in the field with Syrian refugees in community(hospital, home visits and fixed pints ), also monitoring the project target and reporting to the PM, liaise between the organisation and other local and international NGOS and governmental health sector.other tasks alos given depends on the project needs.e
